Thoroughly wash your hands before conducting the test. Open the foil packaging and remove the vaginal applicator. Do not discard the foil packaging, as it will be used for reading the test results. Hold the applicator between your thumb and index finger. Your index finger should be on the side of the applicator where the measurement surface is located. You can perform the examination while sitting on the toilet or standing with your legs slightly apart. With your other free hand, gently open the vaginal opening and insert the applicator to a depth of approximately 2.5 cm. Press the test area of the applicator against the anus for 10 seconds. Then remove the applicator from the vagina.
