- How to use
The Allergy-Check® test detects elevated levels of IgE antibodies in individuals experiencing allergy symptoms. IgE antibodies are produced by the body in response to the presence of one or more allergens, which can lead to varying degrees of complications in patients exposed to allergenic substances. The ALLERGY-Check® test is highly accurate, as evidenced by its use by professionals (hospitals, laboratories) for over 10 years. Assessment reports demonstrate a 97% overall agreement with the reference method.
Included in the package: 1 sealed aluminum pouch containing: 1 test cassette, 1 plastic pipette, 1 desiccant packet; 1 dropper bottle containing 1 ml of diluent; 1 sterile lancet for blood collection.
-
1. PREPARING THE KIT
Remove all test components from the packaging. Then tear open the aluminum pouch and take out the test strip and the blood collection pipette.
Prepare the lancing device without touching the release button:
Twist the gray cap until it separates from the lancing device—do not pull!
Then continue twisting (2-3 rotations), remove, and discard the gray cap.
2. CONDUCTING THE TEST
Use the lancing device to obtain a drop of blood.
Draw the blood into the pipette (do not squeeze the pipette bulb!). Place the pipette tip on the blood drop, and it will naturally migrate to the marked line on the pipette. Transfer the collected blood to the sample well on the test strip and add the diluent.
3. READING THE RESULT
Read the test result after 10 minutes according to the instructions provided in the manual.
