Today I received this product, but the dispenser doesn't work and the primer cannot be squeezed out of the packaging. I unscrewed the cap, but there is no dispenser tube inside (shouldn't it be there?). It's impossible to squeeze out the product without the dispenser and tube when there is a little less of it left. Is this a defect or was it designed this way by the manufacturer?
I didn't like it the first time I used it in the summer as my skin became oily within a few hours and my makeup started to "melt". However, I decided to give it another try during the winter period, and this time it worked really well. It gives a healthy glow and reduces enlarged pores.
Is this how it is supposed to be?!
I loved everything about it - it perfectly moisturizes and even the powder applies flawlessly.
