To ensure long-lasting makeup, apply the eyeliner on powdered eyelids. For a smoother application, start with short strokes along the upper lash line, moving from the center to the outer corner of the eyes. Then, connect all the short strokes into one continuous line. Return to the starting point and carefully join them while moving toward the outer edge of the eyes. With your gaze slightly upward and to the side, draw a line from the inner corner of the eye to the center, connecting it with the first line. To add a graceful wing, look straight ahead and use the pencil to mark the point where the lower lash line meets the upper lash line, then draw the wing.
