Place the applicator at the roots of your upper lashes with the widest part positioned at the base, focusing on the outer lashes. Close your eyes between each application and glide the mascara from roots to tips (avoid using zigzag motions) to coat and separate the lashes. Rotate the applicator to work on the other eye, again placing the longest bristles at the outer corner. You can also use the first (thinner) half of the applicator to apply the product to your lower lashes.
