This perfume smells like spring violets to me. You know, when you pick a tiny bouquet of them in the garden and have to really get close to notice their scent. The raspberry and musk are there, but in the background. It's very long-lasting and leaves a beautiful trail.
I liked them. They are slightly sweet and pleasant.
At first glance, this fragrance seems like a typical raspberry candy with an intense flavor. It might seem straightforward, but like the entire Belle series, this perfume is incredibly alluring. It features a sweet and expressive raspberry jam scent, more reminiscent of confectionery raspberry than a natural one. Interestingly, it carries a note similar to suede leather, and it even feels like it has a touch of black leather. The fragrance is very long-lasting and has a strong sillage. I believe it's a mistake to consider L'Elixir as a standalone scent, distinct from other LVEB fragrances, because it clearly follows the overall character and mood of the series, which is all about the notion that "Life is beautiful!" Unlike other purely feminine flankers, this one subtly ventures into masculine territory with its leather accord, but it does so in an exclusively feminine way—soft and sensual, like the feel of quality suede. However, it is not unisex at all; I can't imagine it on a man. It's an interesting and unique flanker, and I recommend it. However, it needs to be tested as it requires time to fully reveal and understand its essence.
I fell in love with it, and it seems like it’s going to last a long time. Its fragrance lifts my spirits in the morning and keeps me happy throughout the day because it’s also very long-lasting.

This is a really cool new product. I always used to buy La Vie Est Belle Intense (they're cool), but I wanted to change the scent. This one is really nice, it's not as sweet, it even has a hint of raspberry bitterness. I like it.
