This product may not be for everyone. It caters to a niche audience who appreciates its unique qualities.
It is stated that it smells like flowers and "fruits". However, I only smell rose. I cannot say that it doesn't smell nice, but it has a very mature scent.
Most importantly, the scent is similar to the fragrance "Moments of Happiness" by Yves Rocher. It is slightly sweeter and lasts for about three hours. In my opinion, Chloe is much more sharp, powdery, and cool in comparison.
I bought 3 different perfumes and initially, this one was my least favorite. I didn't even know who to give it to. At first, it was like "Bulgarian rose", very rosy and very retro. But after a few hours, I started sniffing it and wondering, what is this pleasant smell? (because I tried three perfumes on both hands). The scent is close to the body, but pleasant. I will use it, but not right before leaving the house), it doesn't have a lasting trail.

My first experience with this product was a perfect hit. The reality of its long-lasting scent completely met my expectations. However, I would like to clarify that this fragrance is more similar to Chloe Absolu rather than Chloe eau de parfum, as mentioned by previous commenters.
The water is great and very similar to its predecessor Chloe, just a little sweeter, and I personally prefer it! I deducted one star for its durability though.

I didn't buy this fragrance here, but I do have it. Yes, I agree that it might seem too sweet, thick, and stuffy. In my opinion, it's a combination of rose lipstick scent and honey: sweet (similar to jam in a way) and powdery (even in a small dose, this note overwhelms me).
