Apply three times a day: in the morning, at noon, and after lunch.

Shake well before use. Avoid contact with eyes during application. Spray from a distance of 10-15 cm. Apply a sufficient amount (2 mg/cm² of skin) to clean, dry skin half an hour before exposure. If exposed to direct sunlight, reapply every 2 hours, especially after towel drying, swimming, or sweating. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not apply to wounds or if you have sensitive skin.
