One day before application, perform a full-body exfoliation. This will help the effect last even longer.
Apply the foam to clean, makeup-free skin. Dispense the foam onto gloves and spread it evenly using circular motions.
Finally, tan your hands and feet using the leftover foam on the gloves.
Wait a few minutes, then put on dark, loose-fitting clothing. Leave the foam on your skin for 1 to 3 hours. To intensify the color, you can extend this time up to 8 hours.
