For rubbing: Use 7-9 drops of oil mixed with 15 ml of a carrier vegetable oil.
For massage: Use 7-10 drops of oil mixed with 10 ml of vegetable oil.
To enrich creams and tonics: Add 4-5 drops of oil to 5 ml of the base.
Hair care: Add 5 drops of oil to 10 g of shampoo or conditioner.
Alcohol solution for the sauna: Mix 5 drops of oil with 10 ml of 90% ethyl alcohol. Use 10 drops of this solution for every 10 liters of water.
In an aroma lamp: Use 4-7 drops of oil for a room measuring 15 m². You can also use a spray bottle to scent the room by shaking a few drops of oil with water.
In the bath: Add 4-6 drops of oil, pre-mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, whey, or a solution of sea or table salt).
