Simply insert the tip between your teeth and gently move it back and forth to remove plaque and food particles, rinsing the tip between each use. Choose a brush size that fits easily without force, and insert it into the gaps between your teeth, gently rotating it. When cleaning between your front teeth, use straight back-and-forth motions. For the back teeth, gently bend the brush head with your finger to approximately 60–90 degrees to facilitate easier access.
