Dissolve 250 g of salt in a warm bath and soak for 15-20 minutes. After bathing, rinse your skin with warm water, pat dry with a towel, and apply Ahava body lotion or cream. For a foot bath or compress, or for other localized use, dissolve up to 50 g of salt in 1 liter of warm water.
