I recently discovered that there is a pre-shampoo. The first time I used it, I couldn't lather it properly. My hair is dyed and over-dyed, and it gets frizzy and very light and "airy" one day after washing. I used only the pre-shampoo and shampoo. However, my hair still felt soft. After the second use, the improvement became quite noticeable. I only applied it to the ends. But four pumps were not enough for me, so I ended up using around six.

About half a year ago, I had a transition to black hair, and now I'm a blonde! However, my hair suffered a lot, especially the ends, which became very brittle and porous. I thought about cutting it short to get rid of the problem.
