Toners like this are a must-have for my oily, dehydrated skin during the cold season. The toner moisturizes and restores the skin well, leaving a radiant finish. However, it didn't work for me personally, as I developed breakouts in one area after a few days of use, which didn't go away until I stopped using the product. So I give it 4 stars; the toner does its job, but I had an individual reaction.
This toner is very moisturizing and helps reduce redness. You can even use it without needing a moisturizer afterward.
