It's a pity that the company only responds to positive feedback, judging from the above responses. What can I say, the light chestnut hair dye made me look black. Thank you so much for such a terrible product that doesn't live up to reality. I don't recommend it.
This is the worst colour I have ever used! I usually use your root touch up, I chose brown my usual colour and it has turned out a hideous black. I kept it on for just 10 minutes as advised on the pack. Now I will have to visit a hairdresser to correct it because we go on holiday in a week. Any advice appreciated to tone it down
