Additionally, a soy wax candle burns on average twice as long as traditional candles. The coconut candle burns for no less than 40-45 hours.
To avoid contributing to large-scale deforestation in the Amazon region, We Love The Planet sources its soy wax from the United States from an organic and responsibly managed soy plantation. The candle wicks are made from unbleached cotton. The coconut shells we use to make the candles are a by-product of Thailand's food industry.
