Instructions for Use
For Heat Therapy:
Heat the pack in the microwave based on the following power settings:
- 1000W: 25 seconds
- 900W: 30 seconds
- 700W: 35 seconds
After heating, leave the pack in the microwave for an additional 20 seconds before applying it to the skin. Test the temperature on your skin for 2 minutes. If you need a warmer compress, reheat it in the microwave in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 60 seconds in total, as overheating can cause the product to crack. You can also heat the compress in warm water (up to 60°C) for 10 minutes.
For Cold Therapy:
Place the compress in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply the compress to the affected area for a maximum of 20 minutes. Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying. When not in use, you can store the compress in the freezer (for cold therapy preparation).
