Preparation for Heat Therapy:
Heat the pack in the microwave for 25 seconds at 1000W, 30 seconds at 900W, or 35 seconds at 700W. After heating, let it sit in the microwave for an additional 20 seconds before applying it to your skin. Test the mask on your skin for 2 minutes. If you need a warmer compress, heat it in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 60 seconds to avoid the risk of overheating and damaging the product. Alternatively, you can heat the compress in warm water (up to 60°C) for 10 minutes.
Preparation for Cold Therapy:
Place the compress in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 2 hours.
How to Use:
Apply the compress to the affected area for a maximum of 20 minutes. Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying. When not in use, the product can also be stored in the freezer (for cold compress preparation).
