1. Clean and dry your dentures. 2. Apply the adhesive in two or three short strips (6 mm each), avoiding the edges. 3. Rinse your mouth before inserting the dentures. 4. Press the dentures firmly against your gums, hold them securely, and bite down for a few seconds to ensure a strong hold. 5. To ensure easy dispensing of the adhesive, keep the cap and nozzle dry.
