For a subtle effect, use a fluffy brush. Ensure the eyelid is dry and free of any products. For a strong, glittery effect, apply on top of creamy or wet textures such as eyeshadow primer, All Covered concealer, or body art adhesive.
Use as an eyeliner! (Mix with Duraline) Apply EYELIGHTER eyeshadow as an eyeliner over a pre-drawn line made with Colour Play pencil, kohl, or gel eyeliner. For an ultra-glittery effect, apply over eyeshadow primer using patting motions. (For eyeshadow application, it’s best to use brush number 205)
