Before using the aroma lamp, make sure to air out the room, then close all windows and doors. Fill the lamp's bowl with water and add the required number of drops of a single essential oil or a blend of 3-5 oils, taking into account the age of the people present. On average, use 1-2 drops of essential oil per 3-5 square meters. Place a lit tea light candle in the bottom part of the aroma lamp. The session usually lasts 25-30 minutes, but over time, you can gradually increase it to 2-3 hours.

Precautions: Ensure the lit lamp is set up according to safety guidelines. Keep children and pets away from the open flame and essential oils. Make sure the water does not boil. The recommended water temperature is 50-60°C. If evaporation is intense, regularly refill the bowl with water. Avoid using scented candles, as their synthetic fragrances can overpower the subtle aroma of essential oils. Before using an essential oil for the first time, make sure you are not allergic to its components. Follow the safety precautions outlined in the instructions for the essential oil you are using.
