On average, use 1-2 drops of essential oil per 3-5 m². Place a lit tea light candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp. The session duration is typically 25-30 minutes, but it can gradually be increased to 2-3 hours.
Precautions: The burning lamp must be placed strictly according to safety regulations. Keep children and pets away from the open flame and essential oils. Ensure that the water does not boil. The recommended water temperature is 50-60°C. If there is intense evaporation, regularly add water to the bowl. Do not use scented candles, as their synthetic fragrances can overpower the subtle aroma of essential oils. Before using an essential oil for the first time, make sure you are not allergic to its components. Follow the precautions specified in the instructions for the essential oil you are using.
