Retinol has a beneficial impact on the skin, helping to minimize the appearance of acne, reduce hyperpigmentation, and even combat signs of aging. However, it is crucial to understand that it cannot be used immediately without building skin tolerance. To achieve this, MyCeutic has developed the Retinol Skin Tolerance Building Set 3. This set includes two serums: retinol combined with coenzyme Q10 and hyaluronic acid. Their varying ratios allow the skin to build a normal reaction, avoiding irritation and inflammation, while reaping all their benefits. In the first week, the amount of retinol in the mix is 1.5 times less than the hydrating serum. In the second week, the concentration increases, and by the third week, hyaluronic acid can be eliminated from the regimen. Eventually, the number of drops can be increased to reach the primary working dose. This gradual tolerance-building process helps prevent unpleasant effects and achieve ideal skin condition without unnecessary stress and aggressive reactions.

Usage Instructions:
- In the evening, apply approximately 7 drops to cleansed skin. Distribute evenly across the face and allow it to absorb for around 2 minutes.
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Increasing Skin Tolerance to Retinol (According to MyCeutic guidelines):
Week 1:
- For the first week, apply the following doses every night:
- Step 1: Mix 2 drops of MyCeutic Retinol 0.9% and 3 drops of MyCeutic Triplex Hyaluronic Acids 1% / MyCeutic 100% Plant Delivered Squalane in your hand.
- Step 2: Distribute evenly on the skin and allow it to absorb for 2 minutes.
- Step 3: Apply only a moisturizing or nourishing cream.
Week 2:
- For the second week, apply the following doses every night:
- Step 1: Mix 3 drops of MyCeutic Retinol 0.9% and 1 drop of MyCeutic Triplex Hyaluronic Acids 1% / MyCeutic 100% Plant Delivered Squalane in your hand.
- Step 2: Distribute evenly on the skin and allow it to absorb for 2 minutes.
- Step 3: Apply only a moisturizing or nourishing cream.
Week 3:
- For the third week, apply the following doses every night:
- Step 1: Apply 4 drops of MyCeutic Retinol 0.9% to your hand.
- Step 2: Distribute evenly on the skin and allow it to absorb for 2 minutes.
- Step 3: Apply only a moisturizing or nourishing cream.
If your skin remains calm, without irritation or inflammation after the third week, it indicates a tolerance to the 0.9% retinol concentration. Proceed to weeks 4, 5, and 6 to increase the number of drops used for enhanced serum effects.
Weeks 4, 5, 6:
- Each week, apply the following doses every night:
- Step 1: Apply 5 drops (Week 4), 6 drops (Week 5), and 7 drops (Week 6) of MyCeutic Retinol 0.9% to your hand.
- Step 2: Distribute evenly on the skin and allow it to absorb for 2 minutes.
- Step 3: Apply only a moisturizing or nourishing cream.
Note:
- If inflammation, irritation, or visible peeling occurs, take a break for at least one day between applications.
- Move to the next week only when:
- No active inflammation;
- No irritation;
- No visible peeling;
- If any of the above effects occur, continue with the current week's doses until your skin calms down.
MyCeutic Advanced Hydrator Triplex Hyaluronic Acid 1%
Usage Instructions:
- Morning and/or evening, apply approximately 3 drops to cleansed skin. Distribute evenly across the face.
- The serum can also be applied to skin pre-moistened with water.
- Finally, apply your preferred serum and/or a moisturizing or nourishing cream. Use a day cream with UV protection.
