I don't know what positive reviews are about, but this air conditioner is just not good. It's better not to save money and invest in a different one. It's a waste of money.
Great smell and great product! It has a thick consistency and is very economical. It makes my hair obedient and soft.
I liked it. However, it should be applied only to the tips of the hair because by the end of the day, the hair looks greasy.
I personally find that professional hair care products suit me best. Balms from mass-market brands only further dry out my bleached, wavy hair. This one included. So, I won't be purchasing it anymore.

The balm came in an old lilac design, which is absolutely great. The new one in a white bottle is a bit worse. The delivery was within two days, beyond any praise.
I love the balms and masks from this series. Of course, after the formula and design change, the balm became slightly different, but it still works well. However, it is not suitable for oily hair type and will not help greatly with severely dry hair. The balm works specifically on the ends of the hair, rather than the entire length. The effect is somewhat present, but it is difficult to wash off (including from the skin), it feels very soapy and slippery... like a strong chemical sensation.
