I was extremely disappointed with this balm. Instead of improving my porous dyed hair, it made it even worse, turning it into straw-like strands.

I didn't buy it here, but I liked the conditioner. My hair is easily detangled after using it. Usually, I also use a spray or oil additionally to avoid damaging my blonde hair. However, thanks to this product, I can do without them. It doesn't make my hair greasy. The scent is light and doesn't linger after drying.
This balm is very gentle. It doesn't weigh down the hair, smooths it out, provides necessary hydration, and has a subtle cranberry scent. It worked well for me (I have untreated hair colored with direct pigment). Don't expect miracles from it, but it performs its functions well on hair in normal condition :)
