Apply one layer of Powder Perfection Base Coat to a single nail using the brush, ensuring that the entire nail surface is evenly covered. Immediately dip the finger into the colored powder at a 45-degree angle and shake off the excess powder. Repeat this process for the remaining nails. Use a clean cosmetic brush to remove any leftover powder from each nail. Apply a second layer of Powder Perfection Base Coat and colored powder to each nail, following steps 1–3. Apply a third layer of Powder Perfection Base Coat with the brush and dip the nail into the Clear Color Set Powder at a 45-degree angle. Brush off any excess product. Repeat this on each nail. Apply a fairly thick layer of Powder Perfection Activator, ensuring it covers the entire nail surface. Seal the free edge to completely close the design. Wait 4 minutes for everything to set and harden. Shape the nails with a 180-grit file. Buff the nail surface with a 100-grit buffer, followed by a 220-grit buffer. Remove any dust. Apply a second layer of Powder Perfection Activator, making sure it covers the entire nail. Wait 4 minutes for it to dry. Evenly apply one layer of Powder Perfection Top Coat using 2–3 quick brush strokes. Wait 1–2 minutes for it to dry. Carefully apply a second layer of Powder Perfection Top Coat with 2–3 brush strokes. Wait 1–2 minutes for it to dry. Once dry, massage ProSpa oil into the cuticle.
