Apply to a properly cured layer of Semilac hybrid polish or any color UV gel. Ensure to apply a thin layer of the product, which must be cured under an LED or UV lamp. Semilac Top No Wipe does not have a dispersion layer, so it does not require cleaning with a cleanser.
