This is the best conditioner I have ever used. The results are even better than those from high-quality hair masks. It might be more of a cosmetic effect rather than a therapeutic one, but my hair becomes manageable, shiny, and styles beautifully after using it. My hair type is very fine and curly, with a sensitive scalp that requires washing every other day. I honestly didn't expect such an effect from a conditioner.
