Great shampoo. I have long combination hair (oily at the roots and dry at the ends). Unfortunately, it hasn't reduced hair fall, but I was pleased that it didn't cause any allergic reactions. I've tried three shampoos from this brand (also Vitalizing and Oriental), and this one is the best among them. For dry hair, Oriental is better; for combination hair, this one is ideal; and for oily hair, Vitalizing is the best choice.
The shampoo didn't work for me at all. I have medium-porosity, dark-colored hair and a normal scalp. Even after lathering twice, my roots feel greasy and unwashed after drying. It's a shame that the shampoo didn't suit me. :(
I absolutely love this shampoo! I've been using Korean shampoos for a while now, and this one is also fantastic. My hair feels revitalized after washing, it lathers well, and has a pleasant herbal scent. It really helps reduce hair loss for me. I'll definitely be ordering it again. The shampoo arrived securely packaged and has a protector to prevent accidental pressing of the dispenser. One pump was enough to lather and thoroughly clean my hair. The scent is deep with woody notes, not too strong or sweet. After using the shampoo, my hair feels thicker. I have short hair, which usually gets dirty quickly, but with this shampoo, it stays fresh for 2 days. Overall, I recommend it!
