After the first application, it felt very slippery on the face and didn't seem to exfoliate anything. But then I found an alternative: I apply it on moist cotton pads and use them to scrub my face. The exfoliating effect is felt wonderfully, and it rinses off nicely. There is no feeling of tightness on the skin after using it, and the oily shine doesn't appear as quickly as with other products. Therefore, I am satisfied with the purchase.
