How do I exchange or return goods?
You can return your order within 14 days, provided the items are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened or tested cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If the item is damaged or faulty, please send photos and a short explanation to our customer support team. We will review your request, provide return instructions and arrange a courier collection.
