You have never let us down when it comes to your products. However, this particular item is not worth selling to your loyal customers. Unfortunately, the gift was a failure. The razor is useless for anything. It doesn't grab onto anything, and for its price, it not only failed to meet expectations but is also unsuitable even for a child's toy. The battery lasts for only 2 minutes, but those two minutes are not enough to shave anything, especially considering the soft bristles. It simply doesn't shave at all. It also doesn't work when plugged in, as if it has run out of power. It feels like it was put together at home in terms of quality. The estimated value of this product is 200 UAH. It's nothing more than a toy for a teenager. I am very disappointed because it was supposed to be a gift under the Christmas tree, which turned out to be a failure.
