The shampoo barely tones... I'm a bit disappointed, it didn't live up to my expectations. The effect is not visible on hair that is lightened by 10 shades or on regrowth roots. I didn't notice any cool undertones. It dries out the hair, just like all similar shampoos. The dispenser on the lid is extremely unsuccessful, the product leaks from all the cracks. I won't repurchase it.

I purchased this shampoo as part of a set with the Deep Conditioner mask - it's amazing! Exactly what I wanted - salon effect in just 40 minutes at home! I highly recommend it despite the high price! This duo is worth it!
