Today I picked up the gel and did a refresh. A cast formed (don't use it if you're not ready for "clumps"), which easily broke apart, resulting in very nice curls. The consistency is similar to jelly, not sticky. The smell is very strong and sweet. If you don't like intense scents, it might be better to consider another product.
