Acne and Blackhead Cream – Pharmaceris T Anti-comedone Cream

The lotion is decent, I used it quickly. But the cream is terrible for me, I used it several times and still didn't understand it. I have combination skin, oily in the T-zone with enlarged pores and prone to acne. I applied the cream specifically to that area and noticed after a few days that my skin became uneven (pores clogged on the forehead, blackheads appeared on the nose...). I cleanse my face with oil cleanser + foam after it, do ultrasonic cleaning every week or two, sometimes add mechanical cleansing with a spoon, and still, after a week, the pores are clogged. I tried to endure it because some people wrote that it can get worse at first, but then there are results. But it's not the case for me! I stopped using the cream for some time, then used it again and the pores got clogged again. During the breaks when I didn't use it, I used the same skincare routine as when I was using it and everything was fine. So I'm sure that the problem lies specifically with this cream. Also, it conflicts with some other products and pills if I apply even a bit more than necessary.
