The product isn't bad, but it didn't work for me. My hair felt heavy after using it.
I'm writing this review after using the product for almost a month. I have medium-length, fine, straight hair in its natural color. Previously, I had to wash my hair every day, but with this shampoo, I only need to wash it every 3-4 days. I'm also using the conditioner from the same series, and it's fantastic as well. My hair doesn't get static, and I added a heat protectant to my routine, so now my hair looks like something out of a commercial. It's shiny, doesn't tangle as much, is easy to brush, and feels more manageable.
The shampoo caused dandruff and flaking. I switched shampoos, and my scalp immediately felt much better!

I agree with the comments below. It caused a magnifying effect. Whenever I take a break from using it, everything is fine. But as soon as I return to using this product, the magnifying effect starts again.
The shampoo and conditioner from this series did not work for me... It lathers well... Smells nice... But my hair feels bad after washing... Like it's coated in oil... I won't be experimenting anymore... I'll go back to Biolage, it's the best.
