Regarding the appearance of the tube, it is quite strange-looking, all sticky. However, what interested me was not the product's external appearance (although aesthetics are important!), but its internal component. Because I was gifted a very expensive foundation that was two shades darker than what I needed. Mixing it with other lighter-toned foundations did not solve the problem. The adjuster itself is good, but! It's the first time I've received a makeup product in this condition. The tube is sticky and dirty. It's clear that there were some stickers on it. And it's not new, someone has already tested it, at least. The nozzle and cap are dirty with adjuster. I cleaned everything and screwed on the cap, pressed on the tube and nothing spilled. So, I don't think the problem is with transportation.
