Absolutely odorless. The consistency is a thick, greasy cream. It is applied to dry skin, and in my opinion, for the price, it should be easier to spread (I specifically needed it for my eyes - mascara, eyeliner, pencil). It requires a little massaging. One big plus is that you can open your eyes - it doesn't sting and doesn't leave a film on the eyes. Then it easily washes off with water, without leaving a greasy film on the skin or making it feel tight. It almost completely removed my makeup. However, I probably won't order it again.
