To say that I am disappointed with the quality of the product I received would be an understatement. I have been using this product for over 5 years and I know exactly what it should be like. However, what I received was simply a dried out and cracked paste that is unfit for use, and it was even covered in some kind of mold! There is no protective film on this product, only a plastic protective cap. The expiration date for the paste is 6 months from the date of opening, but I suspect that this paste was already opened a long time ago and that's why it has gone bad, or it's not being stored correctly in the warehouse. But to receive a spoiled product for a thousand hryvnias is just too much, it shows a complete lack of respect for a loyal customer.
