Gua sha is an ancient Chinese technique of natural body care that is also attributed with active healing properties. "Gua" literally means rubbing/scraping, and "sha" refers to a red rash.
The massage positively affects the condition of facial skin – wrinkles are smoothed out, the skin becomes more elastic and tightened, and it is energized and brightened. The plate can also be used for massaging the entire body, possessing a healing effect. Gua sha, when performed regularly, eliminates toxin deposits, improves facial contours, and promotes skin cell growth. The massage roller relieves stress and tension. Vibrations soothe the muscles, relaxing them and inducing a sense of relief. The roller operates gently yet intensely, with about 6000 micro-vibrations per minute. The larger roller is perfect for massaging the forehead, cheeks, and neck. The smaller one is ideal for the eye, nose, and mouth areas. You can use it in combination with your favorite cream, oil, serum, or mask, which enhances ingredient absorption into the skin.
Natural rose quartz, also known as the "stone of love," is believed to alleviate stress and tension. It also supports the immune system (disease resistance). It improves memory and eliminates sluggishness. It relieves inner anxiety, stress, and nervousness.-
We begin the massage with the neck area. Place the edge of the plate near the collarbone and move it toward the jawline. Next, massage the cheeks: start right at the nose line and move the plate at a 90-degree angle upward towards the ears. Then, it's time to focus on the area around the eyes. There are two methods for this: the classic way, moving from the corners of the eyes outward, or the reverse, which includes massaging the upper eyelid. For the latter, move the plate from the outer corner of the eye towards the inner corner and then roll it upward. Next, massage the forehead: similarly to the cheeks, move from the center outward, and repeat on the other side. Finish the massage with a vertical motion: start just below the nose and move the gua sha tool along the nose line, across the forehead, and end at the hairline.
