100% natural essential oil significantly supports digestion and upper respiratory tract activity. It has a positive effect on digestion, bloating, and offers antispasmodic action, suitable for coughs and inflammation of the upper respiratory pathways. A low concentration is recommended. Anise essential oil has a distinctive licorice aroma. Although you might not be a fan of licorice, one or two drops of anise seed essential oil can greatly enhance a bland mixture. It can be useful in blends for diffusers and inhalers, intended to ease bronchitis, colds, and the flu.

To scent a room, use 3 to 7 drops per 15 square meters. If you are taking a bath, mix the oil with any emulsifier, preferably sea salt. For cosmetic purposes, it is used to rejuvenate aging skin. Regular use provides a lifting effect. Use only 1-5 drops per 10 grams of base.
