The olfactory pyramid of Lattafa Perfumes Oud Lail Maleki Eau de Parfum:
Top notes open this fragrant composition with fresh ozone, fruity-spicy pink pepper, ripe plum, and woody saffron.
Heart notes reveal a slow bloom of clove spice, sensual geranium, intoxicating lily of the valley, fruity-tea jasmine, earthy iris root, and delicate freesia.
Base notes feature balsamic accords, warm vanilla, resinous labdanum, sensual and alluring musk with animalistic facets, warm sandalwood, and leather.
I decided to try Arabic fragrances and bought them on sale. The composition seemed intriguing, so I decided to give it a try. First of all, I must say that the bottle is impressive; it is heavy and large. The cap with gemstones gives it a presentable and interesting appearance. However, I didn't quite understand the scent itself. According to the description, it should have a certain effect, but I personally found it difficult to grasp. If you enjoy the smell of church incense, new car tires, rubber, and something sweet all mixed together, then go ahead and buy it confidently. However, I found it very heavy and suffocating. But judging by the reviews from those who like it, I will give it a chance as an air freshener in some places and see how it goes. So, think carefully before purchasing: design is a plus, but the scent is a minus!
The fragrance resembles Avon Luck, but more fruity, as if with notes of apricots at the beginning. It goes hand in hand with oud, reminding me of the scent of Yves Rocher Oud Elixir, but without the rose, and the oud is less intense but similar in tone. Over time, the oud fades away and I only smell sweetness; I don't smell any leather at all. This is my impression after the fragrance has settled. When it first arrived, it smelled like a mix of multivitamin juice and wormwood. I bought it based on reviews, so I tried my best to describe it in detail, hoping that it might help someone. As for the longevity of the perfume, it's hard to say at the moment since I haven't worn it out in public yet, but I think the longevity is average; it lasts longer on clothes.
I didn't buy it here, but I want to leave a review about the fragrance. Don't buy it without testing it first. It's the first fragrance from Lattafi that unpleasantly surprised me, despite having many positive reviews on different websites. It really smells like grape juice mixed with rubber.
Delivery with ES was prompt. However, I was disappointed with the product as it only lasted for 5 days. It lacks longevity and the scent of grape juice is overpowering. Additionally, there is no lingering fragrance and it is noticeable as soon as it is applied. I would recommend investing in a higher quality product instead.
The order was from the EU and was delivered within a week. The packaging is beautiful, with a substantial large bottle. The box is made of sturdy soft-touch cardboard.
The fragrance is impressive. It definitely smells expensive. At first, it gave me a combination of apple juice and tar (which for us, my friend and I, is a sign of quality). For about five hours, I could smell it emanating in gentle waves, like a pleasant veil, but it didn't fade away. It is both sweet and has a hint of spice and bitterness, which is cool. There is also a noticeable leather note.
Now, I am curious about other Lataffa fragrances.
It's amazing! It's juicy enough, sweet enough, satisfying enough, it's perfect! It has a slight bitterness, and the aftertaste is excellent.
The fragrance is beautiful! It has a long-lasting effect, especially considering its price range.
Incredibly beautiful fragrance! Thank you to the charming courier Yuri for the fast delivery. Makeup, please expand your range and delight me with new and new scents - I buy almost all of them!)
I accidentally bought this product, intending to purchase Lay Maliki, but I didn't notice the word "oud." However, I didn't refuse it upon receiving it, and I made the right decision because you can never have too many perfumes. Now I am satisfied because I really liked the scent, even though I wouldn't have ordered it based on the pyramid notes. I can smell strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of spices in the background, with a touch of leather and oud. The fragrance is versatile, and it has good longevity, making it one of the best in my Lattafa collection. Thank you, Makeupu, for offering great prices!
