I use it to tone dry skin after washing. It's great! I apply it with my hands and don't use a cotton pad.
A bottle in the style of old Britain. No protective film or seal. Strong scent of tea rose. Transparent liquid inside. Rose-scented water. Harsh. Personally, I didn't understand this tonic. It doesn't do anything at all. It didn't appeal to me.
