I see that the time for deleting reviews has been found, but there has been no response to the customer's phone call or even email.
I forgot to mention in the review that the courier arrived at 10:30 in the morning. I will add a photo of the product. I hope you will call me back and replace the item with one of proper quality or with the specified expiration date.
It's really unfair to do this to loyal customers! I ordered a product that wasn't from Europe. Instead, I received a Polish product without an expiration date and not a single word in Ukrainian! This item was for babies. I clearly mentioned yesterday that I would be available for delivery after 4 p.m. However, the courier delivered the product to my sister, who was not expecting any courier or delivery at all. Of course, she didn't open the box or check the expiration dates because she probably didn't expect such a trick! I expressed my dissatisfaction to the courier. This is not acceptable behavior! I kindly request a phone call to arrange for the return of the product or an explanation regarding the expiration date. I know that Hipp indicates the expiration date at the bottom. That information is missing here. I don't need skincare products with an unknown manufacturing date. I never use such items! I throw away all my creams if the bottle says to discard it six months after opening, and here they don't even provide the manufacturing date... nothing!
This balm is denser than Hipp body lotion, but it's perfect for me in winter, as I have dry skin. As for the scent, I like it because it's intense, but not overpowering; it's pleasant. The most important thing is that my skin feels as smooth as silk after using this balm. I'm allergic, but this balm doesn't cause any allergies.
