I'm writing this review just now because I wanted to try it first and then write something. I really liked the balm, it made my hair pleasant, smooth, and voluminous, and most importantly, it stopped falling out so much. I must say, the balm is of good quality.
I bought the shampoo, conditioner, and serum from this series. After a month of use, I can confidently say that there is absolutely no improvement. My hair continues to fall out just as it did before using this product.
