For those familiar with the unpleasant issue of psoriasis, specialists from the Ukrainian brand "Elixir" have prepared the cream-balm "Psorilam". This product is designed for the prevention of the disease, aimed at providing a sense of comfort, and preventing excessive skin dryness.
The composition of the cream-balm is based on natural active ingredients, such as pyrithione, salicylic and boric acids, menthol. It includes organic fats of petroleum jelly, solidol, and lanolin as its foundation. Thanks to these, the skin's hydrolipidic mantle is restored, preventing dehydration. Active zinc pyrithione fights against outbreaks, offering a relapse-preventing effect. Salicylic and boric acids provide drying, disinfecting, and antiseptic effects.
This cream is very nice and helps on non-severe areas. It has a normal scent and the effect is not immediate, but if you apply it twice a day for a month or two, the blemishes will fade away. Previously, the cream had a stronger scent of solidol, which helped faster. Unfortunately, now it is less noticeable.
The cream really helps. At least, as soon as the inflammation is in the initial stage, it prevents the spots from spreading. In 1-2 days, the skin is clear!

I have been using this product for 6 months now. I apply it every other day before going to bed. I am extremely pleased with the results! The psoriasis patches on my skin have diminished and now resemble fading bruises. It has healed around 70-80% of the affected areas on my body. Another great aspect is that the balm does not leave any stains on my clothes or bedding after 30-40 minutes.

The only thing this cream does is soften the skin. Nothing more!
Absolute zero! It fails to fulfill any of its functions as stated in the description... I am disappointed.
