Amouage Overture For Women Eau de Parfum

The bottle is a delight to hold, and the cap, adorned with a little gem, is surprisingly beautiful—it's already a therapy for the nervous system. But, of course, the main thing here is the fragrance. Oh, how I loved it! But that came later. Initially, I bought a sample, sprayed it, and all I could smell was leather. Under the sample, there's my review with a palette of my feelings at the time. Time passed. I used it sparingly for minor occasions (like a quick trip to the store). And when there were just a few drops left in the vial, I sprayed it for the last time... it was raining, a cool spring day. I got into the car and was literally enveloped in an extraordinarily refined aromatic overture! Now, let me try to describe how it smells. Apple. Juicy, cheerful, instantly lifts your mood. Sometimes (I don't know if it's related to the surrounding temperature or humidity), rose joins in. But it's so elegant, so refined, so natural! It's exactly what I had been looking for, and exactly what I like. I'll say right away: the fragrance evolves. One day, you only smell apple with leather. Another day, this beautiful rose joins in. Sometimes the rose and apple duet reminds me of strawberries. It seems to me that the rose is more pronounced on the skin, while the apple is more noticeable on hair and clothes. Now about the leather scent. I didn't quite understand this note and usually avoided perfumes with leathery nuances. But in "Overture," this note doesn't sound bad at all. On the contrary, it adds a warm coziness. Sometimes (again, I don't know what it's related to) the leather is more noticeable. But it doesn't spoil the overall impression at all. In short, the fragrance is joyful, yet cozy and romantic. I like that it's always a bit different. Needless to say, this "love story" ended with a full bottle! ;-)
