The product arrived without any additional packaging. The palette was open, but it looked intact and new. However, there were no protective packaging, so I'm not sure about its durability. The pigmentation on the swatch was good, but it didn't last on my face throughout the day. It disappeared somewhere, even without any heat. The pink highlighter is nice, but the yellow one is not suitable for fair skin. It works better on a darker base. My expectations didn't match with the reality.
