The product doesn't cover gray hair at all. At first, I thought there was something wrong with the dye, but then I realized it happened after I ran out of the old oxidizer and started ordering the new design.
After seeing a negative review of the updated product, I was initially upset that I might no longer be able to dye my hair with my favorite color, 4BP. However, I decided to try the new bottle of developer anyway. Now I can say that everything turned out fine. My hair was dyed just as before, and it feels nourished and shiny, with the gray fully covered. One new thing I noticed is that when it's time to rinse, after wetting the hair for emulsification before shampooing, the dye significantly increases in volume and becomes similar to a soufflé. It's unusual, but it rinses out well.
I previously purchased this product in a white bottle with a mature label. I mixed the colors 4n and 4na, and on my hair, it appeared as a dark brown shade. I ordered the same product again, but it arrived in a white bottle with a black label. After using it for the third time, I saw no results. It slightly pigmented my gray hair, but it washed out within a week. Now, what should I do with this useless liter-sized bottle? I wasted my money on this product.
