The effect of the cream is not bad. I have only been using it for a week, but the results are noticeable. However, I deducted one star because of its smell - it is repulsive. I have never encountered a worse smell in my life, not even with any other face cream. It is like a musty, old smell, as if the cream expired 10 years ago.
